Notre hôtel a fait preuve, dans le respect des 37 critères obligatoires fournis par l’Afnor, d’engagement dans l'amélioration de notre impact sur l'environnement et a obtenu ce label.
We have implemented an environmental policy that consists in minimizing our impact on the site where the hotel resides but also to respect the global environment. Here are the actions we have taken :
- Use of recycled paper for all of our print materials
- Recycling and environmentally-conscious waste management
- Selection of cleaning products that respect the environment
- Reduction of disposable products
- Reduction of energy use: use of low-energy light bulbs, etc
- Water economy : staff training on leak detection, etc

Entirely renovated in 2008, the 41 rooms of the hotel (including 5 suites) are colored with brown, maroon and ivory.
For your comfort, each room features air conditioning, a safe, a mini-bar, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player and free wireless. The bathrooms are decorated with colorful mosaics that match the tones of the rooms.
Enjoy some rest, recharge your batteries by sunbathing on the balconies of the hotel where breakfast can be served.

Featuring wonderful views of the ocean, our recently renovated spacious apartments, decorated with bright colors (yellow, white and blue), fit perfectly into the surrounding environment.
Another type of vacation, more independent and family-oriented, our residence offers 45 furnished apartments, from a studio for 2 people to an apartment that can accommodate up to 7 people, with exclusive hotel services.

He will make you discover the flavors of the Basque country, while you enjoy the ocean view. A very creative Chef, Fabrice Idiart is offering a menu full of exquisite surprises.

The restaurant of La Réserve Saint-Jean-de-Luz was awarded the title of "Maître Restaurateur". This award is based on various criteria, such as the quality of the products used at the restaurant, customer relations, interior fittings, the environment and outdoor, hygiene, safety and cleanliness.

By car
A63 exit Saint-Jean-de-Luz Nord (N3) then get on N10. Follow the direction of Saint-Jean-de-Luz Centre (N10).
After passing the bridge and the nightclub (on your left), follow the direction of Sainte Barbe. Make a right at the second intersection after the bridge. You are now on Avenue de l’Ocean. Follow the pavilions until you get to the roundabout and the entrance of the hotel.
